White Noise 

What is this white noise

That fills the spaces

Of our lives?

The shushing and whirring

Sound of mechanics

Filling our ears

The rhythm and beat

Of technology

That is not connection

Where is the music

For the voices that are 

The soundtrack to our lives

When do we turn off this noise

So we can finally listen 

To what should be heard
