I found a picture of you today

You couldn’t see me

In the image 

But I was there

Just outside the frame

I admired you

Through the iris 

Smiled back at you

In memory

But what was not captured

Was the moment after

When I closed my eyes

Stepped inside the lines

And found myself

Within your arms
