I am the siren

The voice

That calls to your soul

And coaxes you

Out of your skin

Pulls you into the depths

Below the surface

To where the sound swims

I am the siren

That haunts your dreams

With peculiar music

That ripple like waves

Across silent seas

And carries you away

To another world

In a beautiful reverie

I am the siren

Enticingly dangerous 

Tempting you outside yourself

And this mortal realm

Gentle voice heard from afar

Stirs body and spirit

To follow the enchantment

And come as you are
