Everyone should have 

A bit of magic

I’m no conjurer

But with nimble fingers

I cast spells

And as you read 

I can make you disappear

Become someone else

I can transport you 

To another place and time

For things are not always 

As they appear

My words transform

Landscapes and people

They make you think

And feel

Creating wonder

And enchantment 

Everyone should have 

A bit of magic
