While containing my delight
I will give no platitude
I know how you were hired
All I have is gratitude
That you have now been fired
I won't deign to specify
All the harm you did induce
I will only qualify
That you had no just excuse

I admire your restraint. And the brief, clipped tone and rhyme make a this more effective than a rant.
