Pour Me Another

Wine makes me tired

But rye makes me smile

And baileys makes me feel warm

Even when served on ice

Scotch is terrible

And brandy is worse

Rum is best served

In a daiquiri with fresh strawberries

Beer tastes best 

After a long day in the summer sun

Unless it’s a Radler 

Which is nice for a Sunday brunch

Fuzzy navels

I could drink all day

But it could get hairy

With a bit of vodka

Used to be 

I’d start drinking at 9 to hit the clubs at 11

Now I’m lucky to make the count of ten

Before I’m knocked out

Still pour me another

The day wears on

I’ll be finished

Before it’s done
