I get lost 

In my own head

Sometimes

Running round in circles

To all the places 

I have been before

Twisting 

Turning

And returning

Going back over

What was

Once more

And I get so dizzy

By the whirling

And swirling

I close my eyes

To stop

What I can’t ignore
