Air

Air

I catch my breath

For you are air

Inhale and exhale

Filling lungs

Held and released

You move

And yet don't move

You are so fleet

And swift

You fly

Suspended 

Above the ground

Floating and falling

Toes barely touching surface

To lift off again

Every breathe

Every movement

Forceful and graceful

You are air

And I am blown away
