Once we were together
A friend until the end
But once is not forever
And time can never mend
A heart that’s newly broken
A heart that can not feel
Silent words that are unspoken
Broken hands that can not heal
Silence is the only thing
That time can’t tear apart
Silent words that can not sing
Can’t help a broken heart
Silent words can not be spoken
Silent hearts can not be broken
