I heard you tell me that you will not compromise.  I heard you say no when I asked you to support me.   I heard you justify your actions by using hypothetical scenarios.   And in between all of that, in everything you didn’t say,  I heard you say you don’t love me enough to try.

    Well penned ... it made me think more about the drama surrounding the slain young woman, her fiance on the run.

    This is heartbreaking in its reality. So many relationships out there, where one partner is not as invested as the other--this is always a recipe for pain. In this piece, I am glad the speaker sees it... It's the first step in walking away from someone who promises future hurt.
