2020 (The Worst Made-for-TV Movie Ever) 2020 has been like watching The worst made-for-tv movie ever And it's playing on every channel You don't like where it's heading But you're already so invested You figure you may as well See it through to the end All we need is the MGM Lion To start off the daily news Maybe if he roars loudly enough People will stop and listen It's all so surreal I could use some actual Escapism right about now This crazy drama Has more horrible plots twists Than anyone truly needs Can you imagine the movie trailer For this year... (Voiceover begins) It started with the fires down under Then the world shut it doors As a global pandemic raged And now Murder hornets are taking over! Will it ever be safe to go outside? Who will perish? Who will survive? Looking back it's always... 2020!! The Way the World Ends No body expected the world to end quite like this… because of an overpopulation of butterflies. It would be a mass extinction by monarch. Everyone knew about the butterfly effect. If a single butterfly flapped its wings it could create a hurricane on the other side of the world. Well, no one thought about the consequences of a battalion of butterflies all flapping their wings at the exact same time. The weather was just starting to turn, the wind picking up.
